Come join us as we share ways to stay healthy at home. Open to students, staff, faculty and friends of the university.
This workshop will encourage participants to get into their bodies and have fun to achieve optimal physical and mental health. Part lecture, part interactive workshop, participants will encouraged to connect with one another by engaging in activities that foster movement, omprovisation, community connection, and celebrate culture.
