All NSF Websites will be unavailable from Friday, June 30 at 8:00 PM EDT until Tuesday, July 4 at 6:00 PM ED

The National Science Foundation (NSF) is moving its Data Center IT servers to the Foundation’s new headquarters in Alexandria, Virginia, from June 30 at 8:00 PM EDT through July 4 at 6:00 PM EDT, to prepare for NSF staff relocation in August 2017. Due to the move of NSF's Data Center, NSF website, FastLane, and Research.gov will be unavailable from Friday, June 30 at 8:00 PM EDT until Tuesday, July 4 at 6:00 PM EDT.

Travel Policy Reminder

Please remember that University Policy requires all faculty and staff to have received Authorization to Travel on University business prior to travel.

For international travel, the approval process is complete when the traveler receives an email confirmation from Risk Management. Please allow additional processing time for international travel

If you travel without prior authorization, you run the risk of not being able to be reimbursed for your expenses.

  • Tell ORSP you want to apply by filling out our online PI CheckList
  • Consider contacting the Program Officer to discuss suitability of idea(s)
