On 3/2/2010, ORSP in collaboration with the CSU Chancellor's office presented the workshop: "How to Do Business With Business:  A workshop on faculty partnerships with industry."

National expert Dr. Jim Severson, former president of the Association for University Technology Managers (AUTM) as well as SF State faculty Mark Ciotola and Martin Linder discussed small business research grants (SBIRs/STTRs), sponsored agreements with industry, non disclosure agreements, faculty-owned businesses, and consulting arrangements.
