PI Checklist


Route to Successful Grant Submissions

Please fill out the PI Checklist form below to notify ORSP of your upcoming proposal.

Submission Type


If the guidelines for this program limit the number of submissions from a single university, please read Limited Submission Policy and Procedure (opens in a new window), and paste a detailed project description in the Short Project Description box in the Project Information section below.

Submission Deadline Date

The deadline date should be at least 5 weeks from today

  • Your PI Checklist will not be accepted without a deadline date
  • Please Note: Your Final Budget, budget justification, and draft project narrative are due 7 business days prior to the deadline/submission date



Indirect costs

Please check this box if the sponsor limits or prohibits indirect costs on this proposal, or if you are requesting a waiver of indirect costs as part of a required cost-share commitment.

Please note: Requests for cost sharing or exceptions to campus policies must be identified at this stage and inluded in the Short Project Description box (above). Requests will be negotiated if the project is selected for submission.
